I am excited to be part of the ascent of Velociraptor 3PL. It is a simple formula, four parts accountability, three parts strategic problem solving for clients, two parts effort and one part having fun. It is a thrill to free our clients from logistics so they can focus on growing their business, not tracking lost shipments to taping boxes in their garage.

The reward of doing the simple activities accurately. Not hearing the phone ring is my favorite sound. Our commitment to daily organization allows us to react and support our clients when they are sent a curveball. I love knowing that our efforts helped fellow entrepreneurs grow their business.
I genuinely enjoyed working with Patrick, Ashley, and Erika in developing the acronym. Great teambuilding experience. We all talked about what values we want to live by and how we should be measured. Fierce is not a catch phrase but guiding principles to ensure we always remember what is important.
Velociraptors are FIERCE—and so are we! This business is as challenging as it is rewarding, and rebranding as Velociraptor signals exactly who we are from the jump: bold, agile, and a little unexpected. The name sets the tone—it tells the world we are not afraid to think differently, move fast, and carve our own path. And let us be honest: we may be friendly, but we are still raptors… so tread carefully.

One characteristic of Velociraptors that I find particularly admirable is their intelligence. Velociraptors were among the most intelligent dinosaurs, possessing problem-solving abilities and complex social behaviors.

What really lights my fire is the human connection. Working with clients isn't just about solving problems—it's about forging relationships and finding common ground. There's something magical about collaborating with people from different backgrounds and perspectives, and discovering the unexpected ways we can learn and grow together. So yeah, you could say I enjoy a good challenge, but more than that, I cherish the moments of laughter, camaraderie, and shared success that come with working closely with clients. After all, life's too short to take everything so seriously, right?

But if I had to distill my personal philosophy down to a single quote, it would probably be something like, ‘If at first you don’t succeed, redefine success.’ Because let’s face it, things don’t always go according to plan. But if you can find the humor in the chaos and learn to roll with the punches, well, that’s half the battle right there.
In the world of logistics it’s not about flying or shooting lasers from your eyes, it’s about survival, plain and simple. So if I had to choose a superpower to help me in my job, it would be the power of foresight.
Imagine being able to see through the fog of uncertainty, to anticipate every hiccup and hurdle before it even arises. That’s the kind of edge you need in this cutthroat industry. Because in operations, one wrong move can mean the difference between success and failure, between thriving and just barely scraping by. In a world where every decision carries weight, a little bit of clairvoyance can go a long way.
In the world of logistics it’s not about flying or shooting lasers from your eyes, it’s about survival, plain and simple. So if I had to choose a superpower to help me in my job, it would be the power of foresight. Evolution? More like a brutal Darwinian struggle. The logistics and supply chain industry, it’s a battleground of efficiency, where every decision can mean the difference between survival and obsolescence. As for my role? I aim to be the voice of those grinding at the margins, the unsung heroes navigating the chaos. I’ll peel back the layers, expose the underbelly of this beast, and show the world the human cost behind every package delivered and every mile traveled.
Execution– After all, talk is cheap, but it’s the ability to deliver results that really separates the contenders from the pretenders. Being fierce isn’t just about being friendly or innovative—it’s about rolling up your sleeves, getting your hands dirty, and making things happen. So, while the others are busy brainstorming, I’ll be over here actually getting stuff done.
